CD Release Concert
With the release of Benny Golbin's new CD underway, two CD release concerts have been scheduled. The first concert will take place at the Rosalie & Alva Performance Gallery in San Pedro, CA and is scheduled on Sunday, February 8 at 5pm. The second concert will take place at Vitello's Italian Restaurant in Studio City , CA and is scheduled on Sunday, February 22 at 7pm. Both concerts are free to attend and all ages are welcome. Please be sure to RSVP and state the concert(s) you would like to attend. The first 10 people to RSVP for any of the two concerts will win a free CD. However, you must attend the concert to see if you won. Please click here to RSVP.

A Jazz Cultural Event at the Bistro Garden
Benny Golbin, will be welcoming internationally famous Czech jazz pianist, Emil Viclicky, to join him and others at The Bistro Garden on Sunday, August 3rd, 5pm, for a cultural jazz event. Benny Golbin and Emil Viklicky have performed in the the U.S. and Europe together on numerous occasions including two CD's which they have produced together in the Czech Republic. The public is welcome to attend this free event, sponsored by the Czech Consulate. Please be informed that a strict dress code must be observed. No jeans or tennis shoes please.

There have been some recent decisions to add more material to the new CD before its official release.

A New CD is Coming Soon
After five years I have decided to work on a new CD project with all new
material. The new CD will feature my jazz quartet and will include some original compositions of mine, along with some rearranged covers. One cover will include a most recent popular radio hit from a popular rock group. I will not mention the name of the song or group just yet. I would like to keep it a surprise. Most of the tracks have already been recorded and the CD itself will probably be released no later than November. If you would like to get a sneak preview, I will be performing some of the new material at The Lighthouse Cafe on Thursday, September 20, from 5-8:30pm.
The Lighthouse Cafe is located at 30 Pier Ave, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254.
A CD Release Party will be scheduled in the near future.
